This platinum coin idea just might work if all the people we owe money to had IQ’s of room temperature. But I ask; what happens when all our debtor nations mint magic coins too? Are they to be deposited in The Bank of Mars?
In short, there is not enough precious metal on the planet earth to backup all world’s monetized debt. It’s all imaginary. Every bit of it.
Consider the world’s total monetary system as a game where everybody plays with balls that represent assets as debt. As the game is played, to an outsider (that’s us, the public chumps) see the game as one where you try to win and keep as many balls as you can. That is wrong thinking.
The object of the game is to keep playing and keep all the balls in the air, because when too many players quit the game, and take their balls home, then gravity takes over and the whole international currency and financial system comes crashing down.
Distilled out in simple terms, it’s a confidence game. It’s the greatest Ponzi scheme ever devised, and unbelievably, it works – till too many players cheat and seed the game with phony balls.
